This talk highlights how SIT’s competency based micro credentials are designed around measurable, skill competencies, enabling learners—including working professionals—to acquire and demonstrate skills through authentic, practice oriented assessments.
Which education is needed to build a sustainable future?
On Monday the 13th of May, a joined workshop was take place between BEST Aalborg and UNYA Denmark Aalborg based on the first outcomes of the A-STEP 2030 project. The workshop challenged a diverse set of students through group exercises to reflect on skill gaps in the context of the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The scope of the A-STEP 2030 was presented, along with initiatives from Aalborg University to update the curriculum taught at the IT and Design faculty to meet the SDGs by the involvement of students.
