Starting in 2026, SEFI membership invoices will be sent from invoicing@sefi.be, an actively monitored mailbox.
Peppol-registered members will receive invoices through Peppol in structured XML format, in line with the mandatory B2B electronic invoicing requirement for Belgian VAT-registered businesses effective 1 January 2026.
SEFI can be found in the Peppol Directory here, or by looking up the VAT number BE0413286613.
Members not registered on Peppol will continue to receive invoices in PDF format from invoicing@sefi.be.
