The European Women Rectors Association (EWORA) is happy to announce its 2nd General Assembly and 1st EWORA Workshop entitled “Change Management and Resistance” which will take place at University of Lisbon Nova on 24- 26 May, 2018.
The workshop will provide insight on the theoretical approaches to “change and resistance” and also illustrate practical tools and best practices that can help leaders aiming to make an organizational change. Aiming to set the common ground for the academic leaders to share their experiences of resistance in their careers and their ways of dealing with it, this workshop will help to work out the strategies for reducing resistance that can help university leaders involved in a change process.
Workshop is targeting Active & Former University Leaders (Rectors & Vice Rectors, Vice Chancelllors & Pro- Vice Chancellors, Presidents & Vice Presidents) Kindly note that the event has a limited capacity and admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
