This session will show why classic predict-then-act approaches fall short in dynamic, ambiguous contexts, and how you can act faster and smarter with effectuation in technology contexts.
The first BEST Virtual Summit “Beyond The Pandemic” online conference took place 15-20th June 2020 with the purpose of gathering students and young professionals of divers background to learn and discuss about three topics: the future of Education, Work and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
SEFI was represented at this event with three BoD members:
– Frederik Georgsson on the 15th June 2020 participated in the Panel Discussion “European Universities beyond the Pandemic”,
– Gillian Saunders-Smits on the 15th June 2020 presented “What type of engineer are you and do you have the right skills? – sharing the outcomes of the PREFER project“ and
– Klara Kövesi on the 16th June 2020 presented “Engineering Education for a Sustainable Future“ by sharing the first results of the A-STEP 2030 project.
