Call for Papers: IRSPBL 2020 and PBL 2020 (Aalborg PBL week 2020)

As we transition into a new academic year, I find myself reflecting on an exceptionally vibrant and transformative summer for the European Society for Engineering Education. It has been a season defined by deep collaboration, strategic dialogue, and shared growth. Over the past few months, I have had the privilege of representing SEFI at three pivotal European engineering events, each highlighting a crucial pillar of our mission to advance engineering education.

The SEFI Francesco Maffioli Award is given to teachers in recognition of open-minded development of curriculum, learning environments or tools, novel didactics, methods, or systems in engineering studies. This year, the team of Lynn Van den Broeck and Sofie Craps (KU Leuven) was awarded in recognition of their contributions showing how engineering education research can be translated into meaningful, lasting educational development.
