WEEF and GEDC 2018 in Albuquerque

12 -16 November 2018, Albuquerque, New Mexico. SEFI Vice President Prof. Luis Manuel Sánchez Ruiz attended the recent WEEF conference, during which the future of engineering and engineering education was addressed, and which provided a platform for university presidents and company CEOs to share their views.  Prof Sanchez met Prof. Tom Goldfinch, President Australian Assosiation for Engineering Education, and Prof. Pratapsinh K. Desal, President Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) in order to enhance the existing relationship. 5 members were re-elected to the IFEES Executive Board were elected for a 2-year period.
