This national two year project is now available 

The Guide to Quality and Education for Sustainability in Higher Education, funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), seeks to introduce Education for Sustainable Development into quality assurance and enhancement practices. The initiative has taken new steps to develop sector frameworks that will support the devel-opment of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) as a cross-cutting curriculum agenda, and has also resulted in new inter-agency collaboration in this area.

This resource is an attempt to make connections between Education for Sustainability (EfS) and the practice of qual-ity assurance and enhancement in the HE curriculum. The project ahs been led by the University of Gloucestershire, working in collaboration with the UK Quality Assurance Agency and in partnership across a consortium with four other English HE institutions.
