On June 21st, Prof. Borri received the Humboldt Alumni Award. With this Prize, he said that he wants to create a transdisciplinary network. Starting in Italy, the object is to integrate many of the countries around the Mediterranean in a transdisciplinary network involving Humboldtians, junior researchers and other academics. They will focus on themes relating to risk management for the prevention of natural hazards.
